Purpose / Services Available: To support young people and families at risk through the provision of strength based family support services. Community based social work, both individual and/or family work, with school age children and young people in response to behavioural and/or social issues. Referrals can be made by schools, agencies or family members. Co-ordination of collaborative interagency work with families through the Strengthening Families process. The Trust incorporates the Kapiti Family Violence Initiative.
