Levin

Our aim is to support our families' full potential to become confident, contributing members to their own family and to the wider community in a caring, safe and positive environment. We promote, compassion, cultural awareness, self reliance and recycling.

Birthright Levin provides support to the Horowhenua's single parent families by assisting with school uniforms, furniture, camps, advocacy, swimming tickets, clothing, courses and counselling. Our fieldworkers accompany clients to appointments with other agencies where required and will refer families to agencies who specialise in a particular area should they feel this would be of benefit to the family.

We have one free field trip per year to Wellington Zoo, Te Papa and McDonalds, and at Christmas there's a family BBQ at the Levin Aquatic Centre. Our office also provides help with Christmas presents in association with Altrusa and Friends of the Library Trust.
