Become a regular donor

As one of our regular donors you will receive newsletters with articles and photographs of the latest Birthright activities - showing you the positive difference your donation is making. Regular donations of any size are much appreciated!

You can make donations using your Internet or telephone banking service, simply by transferring a donation from your account to Birthright New Zealand's account. Please fill-in your contact details on the online registration form, then scroll down to the bottom to indicate what information you require and we will send this out to you. Alternatively you can contact us and we will be able to assist you.

Make a Bequest

You may consider leaving a gift or bequest to Birthright New Zealand in your will. By making a bequest you will help us to continue providing much needed services for families who need help, well beyond your own lifetime - a living legacy!  There are several ways to leave a gift to Birthright in your will:

• Leave a residue gift. This is the money or assets left over from your estate after it has been divided up among family, friends or others you wish to remember.
• Leave a nominated percentage. This would be a specified fraction of your total estate.
• Leave a specific gift. This is a specific amount of money, real estate, bonds, stock or other assets you believe would be useful to Birthright New Zealand

You can leave a bequest anonymously if you wish, or you can advise us of your gift. Either way, you can be sure it will be used wisely to help support families in need in New Zealand.  Contact us to find out more about leaving a gift in your will.

 

Make a Tribute Gift

Make a gift to honour a family member, friend or colleague. To make a tribute gift, please visit our secure online donation page or call us for assistance.

If you wish to volunteer, donate material goods or donate money to your local society, please contact them directly.

Payroll Giving

Employers can offer payroll giving in their workplace. This allows employees to 'give as they earn' by donating directly from their pay to an approved donee organisation. Payroll giving gives you the opportunity to donate to Birthright direct from your pay and receive immediate tax credits that reduce your tax (PAYE).  More information can be found on Inland Revenue's website or visit your HR department.
